Family of murdered Catholic shocked at IMC paramilitary admission

The family of a Catholic man murdered in Bangor say they are shocked and angry that he was named as a paramilitary murder victim in the IMC's report, without their knowledge. NIO secretary accused of misleading on Finucane case

NIO secretary Paul Murphy has been accused of misleading parliament in the reason he gave for delaying a public inquiry into the murder of a Belfast solicitor. The accusation was made in Belfast High Court as the family of Pat Finucane began a legal challenge aimed at forcing the British Government to set up a public inquiry into the 1989 murder.  View more
