NIO secretary accused of misleading on Finucane case
Pat Finucane NIO secretary Paul Murphy has been accused of misleading parliament in the reason he gave for delaying a public inquiry into the murder of a Belfast solicitor. The accusation was made in Belfast High Court as the family of Pat Finucane began a legal challenge aimed at forcing the British Government to set up a public inquiry into the 1989 murder.
