International guests address Sinn Féin Ard Fheis.

Several international guests have just addressed a packed hall in Dublin, at the annual Sinn Féin Ard Fheis. Included among the guests were; Fernando Barena, a Basques MP from the currently suspended Basque parliament, representing their struggle; Palestinian Ambassador to Ireland, Ali Hamileh; and Mavivi Myaka-Yaka Manzini, head of international staff in the ANC (South Africa).  View more

How are you finding this year's Ard Fheis? I'm finding it very positive. There is a really positive mood among all the delegates, and I'm struck by the amount of young people present. Some of them are coming here very annoyed, especially with the remarks that 26-County Justice Minister Michael McDowell has been making.
